			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So the traveling hasn&#8217;t been so great. I gained the two pounds I lost back but hey, I did go to Louisiana and I did eat about a million brown sugar and red pepper roasted pecans, wedding cake, birthday cake, and about a million Oreo melt in your mouth fudge ball things&#8230;. Not sure it was worth the two pounds but I sure enjoyed it while I was eating it!</p>
<p>Today was back to arms and abs &#8212; both tough workouts but way better than yoga&#8230;.</p>
<p>So even though the pounds aren&#8217;t melting away, my clothes are fitting better and I feel better. I&#8217;m getting more comfortable in the routines and am building up my number of reps. I wish I could fast forward and see how I will look at the end of the program; the people in the DVDs look pretty darn good and I just wonder if it&#8217;s from 90 days of P90X or 90 years of P90X&#8230;..</p>

<p>Today, however, is Yoga, not so excited about that&#8230;. right now I still HATE HATE HATE yoga&#8230;. we&#8217;ll see how the second time around goes&#8230;.</p>
<p>After yoga, it&#8217;s back on the road again, heading home to Louisiana for a wedding. I love weddings but wow, how do I pass on the wedding cake?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well today is the first day of week 2 and I&#8217;m still alive. It&#8217;s been really tough the last couple days, exercising in hotel rooms, eating out 3 meals a day&#8230;. tough choices, especially when you can&#8217;t see what is going in your food&#8230;.</p>
<p>So Legs &amp; Back AND Ab Ripper X on Friday were good, anything with less Yoga is good for me.</p>
<p>Kenpo on Saturday was excellent &#8211; actually a fun workout!</p>
<p>Sunday you get to choose to Rest or do X Stretch; when we started it was going to be REST but when Sunday rolled around we decided we needed the Stretch; this is a great routine and really helped our tired muscles and stiffness we were feeling.</p>
<p>Back to Core Synergistics today. The second time around was a lot easier than the first. We could actually DO some of the exercises!</p>
<p>Won&#8217;t have an update on weight until I return home; I only weigh on my scale (and at the doctor&#8217;s office of course)! However, my Beach Body Coach says: &#8220;Just remember muscle is heavier than fat, and don&#8217;t let the scale rule your life, lol. I kept falling in to that trap of watching the scale and getting my self depressed because I didn&#8217;t feel like I was getting anywhere. The inches start melting off and I don&#8217;t even care what I weigh anymore.&#8221;</p>

<p>So also note that Day 5, today, Legs &amp; Back also includes Ab Ripper X &#8212; won&#8217;t leave it out today&#8230;.</p>
<p>Another pound lost, making 4 for the week, guess I can&#8217;t complain since I can&#8217;t eat all of the food allowed and haven&#8217;t been hungry all week&#8230;.. there is the occasional longing for fries or chips and salsa but that will have to wait&#8230;.</p>
<p>After watching The Biggest Loser this week, I am nervous about traveling and eating out. Leaving tomorrow for pretty much the rest of October and dreading the extra chore of making the right food choices while eating out and exercising in a hotel room&#8230;. we&#8217;ll have to see how it goes&#8230; will update as able.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Survived Day 3 &#8211; Shoulders &amp; Arm &#8211; workout. It&#8217;s really hard to work through the DVD when you start off so incredibly sore from the previous day but I guess that&#8217;s the way it is&#8230;.</p>
<p>Shoulders &amp; Arms &#8211; just what the title says &#8212; use a variety of weights or bands to fully exercise your shoulders and arms. I only own one set of five pound weights and can see that I am going to need a lighter and a heavier set, probably threes and eights&#8230;. hopefully I won&#8217;t need them until same time next week&#8230;..</p>
